Banbridge Town 3-1 Armagh City
Ladbrokes.com Championship 1 - Saturday, 3rd October, 2009
TWO Timmy Grant goals put Banbridge Town well on their way to collecting the three points at home to Armagh City.

He opened the scoring on 29 minutes when he met a Mark Teggart cross with a firmly delivered header before being William McFrederick again five minutes later.

However, City were thrown a lifeline after an hour when Banbridge suffered the dismissal of Richard Copeland before reducing the deficit five minutes later through a strong Peter McNeill 10-yard drive.

But Banbridge responded immediately when Matthew McCartan rose to nod a Dale Malone cross home to put the game beyond doubt.
