Larne 1-0 Ballymoney United
Co-operative Insurance Cup - Monday, 7th September, 2009
A GARY Rafferty penalty was enough to secure safe passage for Larne to the next round of the Co-operative Insurance Cup.

He grabbed the all-important winner just before half-time when he slotted the ball past 'keeper Simon Smyth after Bertie Fulton had been upended in the area.

Paul Millar's side now meet Banbridge Town in the second round.
