Stuart Dallas opened the scoring for Coagh after half-an-hour following a sustained period of pressure. He collected the ball down the left flank and carried it into the penalty area before unleashing an unstoppable shot past Gareth Maguire.

However, Killymoon levelled with four minutes of the first half remaining through leading scorer Warren Smith with a header past Johnny Pollock.

But the pendulum swung back in Coagh's favour five minutes into the second half. Maguire saved an initial Mark McMenemy effort but unfortunately for the home 'keeper the ball fell for James Wardell who was presented with the simple task of slotting home into an empty net.

Coagh were reduced to ten men on 80 minutes when Andrew Patterson was shown a straight red card following an altercation with Gareth McFarland - and Killymoon almost turned their numerical advantage into an equaliser right at the end only for Smith's 20-yard drive to cannon back off the crossbar.
